Terms of Service

The terms under which you must agree to in order to use the BanterFC service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BanterFC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant BanterFC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.

5. Virtual Currency

BanterFC may offer virtual currency or tokens for use within the service. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual currency at any time.

6. Subscription Information

  • Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account subscription settings

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

BanterFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
